Terms of use
Plain-language terms for using Vectr. Read them with the risk disclosure; together they describe what you are agreeing to when you connect a wallet, sign in with X, launch or trade a token, or call the API.
Last updated . Vectr is an independent project and is not affiliated with Robinhood Markets, Inc.
1. What Vectr is
Vectr is a software interface to smart contracts deployed on Robinhood Chain, an EVM network. Through vectr.bot, the Terminal, Swap, the REST API, the CLI and the MCP server (together, the "Services") you can deploy a token and its bonding curve, buy and sell tokens on those curves and on Uniswap V3 after graduation, claim creator fees, and give an AI agent access to the same actions.
The contracts are listed, with verified source, on the contract registry. Vectr does not custody the liquidity of any token: graduation liquidity is held by a locker contract with no withdrawal function, as described on the graduation page.
2. What Vectr is not
- Vectr is not affiliated with, endorsed by or a product of Robinhood Markets, Inc. or any Robinhood entity. Stock Tokens are issued by Robinhood, not by Vectr.
- Vectr is not a broker, dealer, exchange, investment adviser, bank or money transmitter, and does not provide investment, legal or tax advice. Nothing on the Services is a recommendation to buy or sell anything.
- Vectr does not issue, sponsor or endorse any token launched through the Services. Every token is created by the user who signed the launch transaction. See section 6.
- Vectr's smart contracts have verified source code on the block explorer. Verified source is not an independent security audit; unless a page on this site says otherwise, no third-party audit has been performed.
3. Eligibility and your responsibilities
You may use the Services only if you are legally able to enter into these terms and only where doing so is lawful for you. You are responsible for determining whether trading tokens, and Stock Tokens in particular, is permitted in your jurisdiction. Robinhood states that its Stock Tokens are not offered to US persons and are restricted in Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
You are responsible for the security of any wallet you connect, for every transaction you confirm, and for any API key you create. Transactions on Robinhood Chain are irreversible once confirmed; Vectr cannot reverse, cancel or refund them.
4. Wallets and custody
You can use the Services with your own wallet, in which case you sign every transaction yourself and Vectr never holds a key. Signing in with X instead creates a Vectr wallet whose private key is generated and stored by Vectr, encrypted with AES-256-GCM; the security page describes the controls around it, including transaction confirmation, spend limits and the current status of key export. A Vectr wallet is a convenience for using the Services, not a deposit account: keep on it only what you are using.
5. Fees
Every swap on a Vectr bonding curve carries a total fee of 0.97% of the trade, of which 0.30% accrues to the token's creator (or its designated fee recipient) and the remainder is routed to Vectr's platform wallets. After graduation, trades route through Uniswap V3 and pay that pool's fee tier, which accrues to the locked position and is swept to the platform wallets. Network gas is paid by you on every transaction. Current rates are published by GET /config and on the fees page; the contracts, not this page, are the source of truth.
6. User-created tokens and content
Tokens, names, tickers, logos, descriptions and links are supplied by the user who launches the token. Vectr does not review them before they go on-chain and does not endorse them. Vectr may hide a token, profile or file from its interfaces, and may refuse or limit the use of the Services, where it reasonably believes content is unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive. Hiding a token from the interface does not and cannot remove it from Robinhood Chain.
You must not use the Services to impersonate any person or organisation, to infringe intellectual property, to manipulate markets, to launder funds, or to circumvent sanctions or the restrictions attached to Stock Tokens.
7. AI agents, API keys and automation
Agent jobs, the CLI and the MCP server return transactions for a human to confirm; they do not sign on their own. When you create an API key you choose its scope: read-only or read-write, optionally restricted to IP addresses and recipient addresses. A read-write key can submit transactions from your Vectr wallet through /wallet/sign-and-submit; treat it like the wallet itself. Agent output is generated by a language model and can be wrong; you are responsible for anything you confirm.
8. Availability and changes
The Services are provided as they are and as available. Vectr may change, pause or discontinue any part of them, including pausing bonding curves through the controls documented on the contract registry, and may change these terms by publishing a new version here with a new date. Beta and "coming soon" features are labelled as such on the about page and may change or be withdrawn.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vectr and the people who build it disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the Services, the contracts, Robinhood Chain, Uniswap, Robinhood Stock Tokens, third-party wallets or providers, or any token launched by a user, including loss of funds, lost profits and losses caused by smart-contract bugs, network failures, oracle or price-feed errors, or your own transactions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where that is the case these limitations apply to the extent permitted.
